Description
Powder-based additive for waterproofing construction mixtures – concrete, plaster and screed

Areas of use

• Plasters and construction solutions exposed to water and moisture.
• Facade plasters
• Under ceramic screeds
• Used as a waterproofing additive in drinking water tanks, swimming pools,
  foundations and concrete walls.

Properties

• Improves water resistance in construction mixtures, concrete and cement solutions
  by filling capillary pores
• Not affected by lime
• Improves mortar density
• Does not affect the setting time of concrete/mortar.

Instructions for use

• For each bag of cement (50 kg), add 1 scoop of Betoplus 101 to the dry mix.
• After thoroughly mixing the dry mix, add the required amount of water.
• Use the finished solution as intended.

Care and further recommendations for use

• BETOPLUS 101 must be added to the dry mix before adding water and carefully stir twice. After adding water, it is impossible to obtain a homogeneous mixture, which may lead to a loss of waterproofing properties.
• 5101 Betoplus 101 can be used with other Kalekim cement solutions. A preliminary test is required to determine compatibility. For more information, contact the Kalekim Communication Center.
