Product Description – One-component, superelastic, waterproofing agent based on polymer-modified bitumen rubber.

Field of application—For protection of horizontal and vertical surfaces that are permanently in the ground or in permanent contact with water from moisture, water penetration and water under constant pressure.—Waterproofing of foundations, retaining walls, embankments, septic tanks, garden terraces, underground parking lots, basements.—Bathrooms, showers, toilets and other wet rooms.—Waterproofing of balconies and terraces (with a finished surface), flower beds and other structures.Waterproofing of mineral surfaces such as concrete, stone, brick, plaster, inside and outside the building.Adhesive of polystyrene thermal insulation boards.

Features – Easy to apply with a brush or spatula. Does not shift on vertical surfaces. Has excellent adhesion to concrete, stone, brick and other mineral surfaces. Super elastic, covers cracks. Covers settlement cracks. Provides excellent waterproofing against water and moisture without seams and edges. Has high resistance to abrasion, water exposure, saline solutions, chemicals in the soil and weak acids. Maintains its characteristics even after many years. Dries quickly and is durable.

Instructions for use — Clean the surface from dust, dirt, oil and loose particles that may interfere with adhesion.— The product should be applied to a dry, but not wet surface, do not use the product in rainy weather.— Correct any irregularities on the surface with the TAMIRART correcting solution.— To prevent the formation of bubbles and very porous and perforated surfaces, treat the surface with TAMIRART 5 or IZOBLOK 1K/2K and close all pores.— To ensure a higher level of adhesion, surfaces for which there are problems with dust adhesion should be primed with IZOBLOK 1K, diluted in water in a ratio of 1/3 – 1/5.— To improve the mechanical properties of large surfaces, as well as horizontal and vertical surfaces And to repair cracks with mechanical effort, it is recommended to use a special insulating mesh 70-90 g/m2. Before covering underground structures, the surfaces on which the agent was applied should be protected from damage with thermal insulation boards, drainage boards, bricks. — The dry agent should be poured into the liquid component with constant stirring. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. It is recommended to use a mixer at low speeds of 50 rpm.

— After the primer has dried, if used, apply the agent in two layers with a brush or spatula. Depending on the ambient temperature, the waiting time between layers can be 1-2 hours. Apply the second layer after the first has dried to a level that does not cause damage. — Depending on the porosity of the surface and water pressure, the thickness of the layer can be changed if necessary.

Warnings— It is strictly forbidden to add water or foreign substances to the solution, except when the product is used as a primer.—Instruments should be washed with water immediately after finishing work. Dried product can be removed with a solvent.— Refill after the product has completely dried.— After applying the material, the surface should be protected from rain and sunlight for at least 24 hours, and from frost for at least 3 days.— Before burying underground structures, the surfaces on which the product was applied should be protected from damage with thermal insulation boards, drainage boards or bricks.— Application to metal surfaces without prior priming is not allowed.
