Description
A solvent-free primer for exposed concrete surfaces, based on polymer
dispersion.

Areas of application

- Used on interior and exterior surfaces,
- on horizontal and vertical surfaces,
- on ceilings,
- as a primer, which improves the adhesion of gypsum, lime and cement mortars to the concrete surface.

Properties

Provides roughness to the smooth surface of concrete, which improves adhesion.
Prevents rapid evaporation of water in gypsum and cement plasters, which ensures long service life and ease of use.
Ready to use. Can be applied by brush or roller.
Does not contain solvents.
Odorless.

Surface preparation

Make sure that the surface is dry, clean and solid.
The surface should be free from residues such as dust, dirt, grease, paint, which can prevent adhesion.
Remove cracked plaster, weak layers that do not have supporting strength, cement residues from the surface.
Fill cracks and correct defects of the surface to be treated with Tamirart and cover cracks.

Instructions for use

To 12 kg of B-Tone, add 4-6 l of water, stir thoroughly and apply
to the surface with a brush or roller. The mixture should be prepared with a mixer, at a speed of
no more than 500 rpm.
The resulting mixture is applied to the surface with a roller.
During application, it is necessary to constantly stir the mixture.

Care and further recommendations for use

Drying time – 45-60 min. During the drying process, other materials cannot be applied on top.
The temperature of the surface on which the material is applied must be at least
+5°С. There should be no precipitation of any kind on the surface.
After at least 24 hours of drying of B-Tone, plaster can be applied on top.
After applying the primer, it is necessary to wash hands and tools thoroughly.

Storage

Store at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C, protected from direct sunlight,
stacking in a maximum of 3 layers.
Protect from frost and severe weather conditions.
Storage period is 12 months in unopened condition.
