Water-based silicone facade paint 5122 JOKER PLUS EXT

Description
Silicone decorative, matte, waterproof facade paint based on acrylic emulsion.

Scope of application
● Used on facades on any mineral surface, black plaster, concrete surface, as well as on previously
painted surfaces.

Properties
● Due to the silicone content, it protects the facade from the effects of atmospheric precipitation.
● Due to its high vapor permeability, it does not prevent the walls from “breathing”.
● Atmospheric precipitation and temperature changes do not affect the quality of the coating.
● It has high opacity.
● It is resistant to alkalis.
● It does not contain solvents, dissolves with water and therefore has no odor and is safe for human health
and the environment.

Instructions for use
● The surface to be treated must be free from adhesion-impairing factors,
such as dust, dirt or grease, as well as old or peeling paint layers, and must be clean
and durable. Before applying to new mineral surfaces, it is necessary to wait 28 days until the surface has completely hardened. It is necessary to take all measures for waterproofing the building from the very beginning.
● Clean previously painted surfaces with sandpaper and remove any dust.
● If necessary, fill cracks and level the surface with a thick acrylic putty KALIN
AKRILIK MAKUN or Kalekim TAMIRART or MACUNART.
● Treat surfaces with old paint residues or new mineral surfaces with UNIASTAR or
SILASTAR, treat very absorbent or weak mineral surfaces with an acrylic primer AKRILIK ASTAR.
● Stir JOKER PLUS EXT thoroughly before use.
● Dilute JOKER PLUS EXT with a maximum of 10% clean water and apply to the surface in two layers with a brush, roller or spray.
● Allow at least 6 hours between coats.
● Wash tools with water immediately after use.
● During painting and for the next 24 hours, it is recommended that the temperature of the room and the painted surface not be lower than 5°C.
● It is not recommended to use the paint in very hot weather, under direct sunlight, in strong winds, in very humid or rainy weather. Very hot surfaces should be moistened with water before application.
● It is not recommended to use the material on horizontal surfaces.

● Store in unopened packaging at a temperature of 5°С-З5°С
