Description

Cement-based leveling and repair compound with polymer additives.
Provides a smooth and even surface before painting.

Area of use

For filling small cracks on surfaces such as exposed concrete, precast concrete,
aerated concrete, briquettes, bricks, as well as for creating a flat and smooth surface before painting.
During renovation work in buildings.
On walls and ceilings, when repairing plaster.
Can be used to repair peeling, damaged, broken, defective
surfaces and plaster up to 1-5 mm thick

Characteristics

Surface preparation

Make sure the surface is dry, clean and solid.
Clean the surface to be treated from debris such as dust, dirt, mold
Oil, slag, paint that prevents adhesion.
The surface must be free from underlying layers such as cracked plaster, surfaces that are not sufficiently hard and do not have support, mortar and cement residues.
Before starting work, the surface must be wetted or treated with Kalekim Astar for the best
result.
For exposed concrete, use B-Tone.

Instructions for use

Gradually add 20 kg of Tamirart W to 6-7 liters of water and stir until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
It is recommended to use a mixer at low speeds. Do not add any additives that are not specified in the instructions for use.
The prepared solution should be left for 5-10 minutes. Stir again for 1-2 minutes before use.
Fill the solution with irregularities, cracks and defective areas using a metal spatula. Evenly distribute the solution over the surface so that the layer thickness does not exceed 5 mm.
The surface should be polished with a damp cloth.

Care and further recommendations for use

It is recommended to moisten the surface from time to time for 24 hours after applying the solution.
Use the prepared solution within 60 minutes. In case of high temperature, low humidity, wind, this time may be reduced.
Do not use a solution whose shelf life has expired or has formed a crust.
Immediately wash the tools and wash your hands with plenty of water.

Storage

Store at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C, in a dry, clean, damp and protected from direct sunlight.
Protect from water, frost and severe weather conditions.
Store in pallets, maximum 3 layers;
Under the above conditions, the shelf life is 12 months.
