Final white cement based grout – 4009 MACUNART

Product Description
Final putty based on white cement with special fillers, containing chemical additives that can improve the physicochemical properties of the material and its workability.

Scope of application — Final leveling of concrete and plastered surfaces. — Filling of settlement cracks. — Removal of irregularities that appeared after cleaning of previously painted surfaces.

Features— For interior and exterior work.—Application thickness 2 mm.—Creates a durable smooth surface of the final layer, which is ideal for subsequent application of matte or silk-matt paint.— Due to its resistance to atmospheric influences, it prevents paint peeling, which has a positive effect when used on facades.— Unlike analogues based on gypsum, it has higher adhesion and strength, as well as increased resistance to cracking.— Reduces paint costs due to low absorption.— Makes it possible to obtain a smooth surface in a maximum of two layers.— Minimal dust during final processing with sandpaper.
—Ensures an optimal level of humidity in the building. — Provides sound and thermal insulation.

Instructions for use— The surface must be cleaned of loose particles that may interfere with adhesion.— If there are cracks or rough irregularities on the surface deeper than 3 mm, level them with Tamirart 30.— Treat the surfaces with acrylic primer AKRILIKASTAR.— Mix the dry contents of the bag with water. Pour the dry mixture with constant stirring. It is recommended to use a construction mixer at low speeds with a special attachment. — Leave the prepared solution for 5-10 minutes. — Spread the prepared solution evenly over the entire surface using a steel spatula. — If the material is to be applied in several layers, then wait 2-3 hours before applying the next layer. — The total thickness of the layers should not exceed 2 mm. — After application, wait 6-12 hours, and then moisten the surface for 2 days. — The prepared solution can be used within 4 hours. The remaining solution must be destroyed. — After the grout has completely dried, smooth the surface with sandpaper.

Warnings — Do not add material that is not specified in the instructions for use. — Do not use the material if the air temperature may drop below 5°C within 24 hours after application. — Do not use in very hot weather, under direct sunlight or in strong winds. — Do not inhale the powder. — Avoid contact with eyes and skin.

Storage —Store the product in a dry place, in stacks, maximum 10 rows. — Shelf life in unopened packaging in a dry place for 12 months.
