Description
Cement-based ceramic tile adhesive with reduced shrinkage and long life.

Area of ​​application
● Provides excellent results in horizontal and vertical applications of materials such as ceramics, mosaics, decorative bricks, natural stone, travertine, used in damp rooms such as bathrooms and kitchens, on surfaces such as concrete, plaster, screed.
● Before gluing new tiles on existing ceramics, it must be primed with Kalekim Dolgulu
Astar.

Surface preparation
● Make sure that the surface is dry, clean and solid.
● The surface to be treated must be free from residues such as dust, dirt,
oil, slag, paint, which can prevent adhesion.
● Remove cracked plaster, unstable surfaces, mortar and cement residues.
● Repair surface defects and cracks with Tamirart or Mastar 10 series products.
● Prime the surface with Kalekim Astar before application, according to the absorbency of the surface.
● To increase the adhesive strength of the adhesive, prime exposed concrete surfaces with Kalekim В-
tone primer.
● Wet and clean the dust on the back of the tiles.

Instructions for use
● Slowly stir Profesyonel Premium 1072 into warm clean water, in the proportions specified in the technical table
, mix until a uniform consistency (without lumps).
It is recommended to use a low-speed mixer for mixing. Do not add additives
not specified in the instructions for use.
● Wait 5-10 minutes until the solution sets and mix again for 1-2 minutes.
● Consumption is 3-5 kg/m2.
● Use the prepared solution within 6 hours.
● For better adhesion, first apply a thin layer of glue with the flat side of the spatula, then
treat the surface with the notched side of the spatula corresponding to the size of the tile.
● Glue the tile with strong pressure with a notched spatula for 30 minutes after applying the glue.
Make sure that it adheres tightly to the glue layer. In adverse climatic conditions
(high temperature, low humidity, wind, etc.) this time may be reduced. If this time
is exceeded, scrape the solution from the surface.
● Constantly check the suitability of the adhesive by touch; no crust should form on its surface.

Care and further recommendations

● Wash hands and tools immediately after use with plenty of water
. Surfaces should be cleaned with a damp cloth.

● Protect the surface from air currents during and after use.

● In hot weather, protect the solution from direct sunlight. The solution should
be diluted with warm water.

● Tiles laid using Kalekim should be kept away from direct contact with water for at least 24
hours. Protect from freezing and strong sunlight for at least 5-7 days.

● The product should be used within the shelf life. Do not use expired or crusted mortar.
● Do not apply to surfaces that may freeze within 24 hours. Do not use on frozen or thawed surfaces.
● Do not use in strong winds or on hot surfaces under direct sunlight. If there is a need to use in these environments, the environment and surface must be prepared accordingly before starting work.
● Do not use in rainy weather, the surface to be treated must be protected from rain for 24 hours.
● The floor can be opened for pedestrian traffic after approximately 24 hours.
● The surface and ambient temperature during application must be (+5°C) -(+35°C).

Storage
● Store the product packaging in a cool, dry, moisture-free place at a temperature of +5°C to +35°C, away from direct sunlight.
● Protect from water, frost and adverse weather conditions.
● Do not stack more than 10 packages on top of each other.
● Under the above conditions, the shelf life does not exceed 12 months.
