Description
Acrylic emulsion-based primer with silicone additives, gives the surface additional waterproofing properties, has good permeability, reduces surface absorption, is used under silicone-containing finishing materials.
Scope of application
● Concrete, plaster, gypsum surfaces, similar porous surfaces with high absorption, as well as previously painted surfaces and surfaces with emulsion coatings.
Properties
● Penetrates deeply thanks to silicone and reduces surface absorption.
● It is characterized by high opacity.
● Fills microcracks and captures exfoliated particles, creates a stable surface for subsequent application of finishing materials and increases its adhesion to the surface.
● Does not contain solvents, is soluble in water and therefore odorless and safe for human health and the environment.
Instructions for use
● Clean the surface from dust, dirt, oil and old, flaking paint to a clean and solid state.
● Surfaces painted with old synthetic paint should be thoroughly cleaned with sandpaper and cleaned of dust.
● For filling cracks and leveling the surface, you can use acrylic thin/thick putty “Kale INCE / KALIN AKRILIK MACUN” or “Kale MACUNART” or “Kalekim TAMIRART”.
● Dilute SALISTAR with a maximum of 10% clean water, apply to the surface with a brush, roller or spray in 1 layer.
Warnings
● During application and for the next 24 hours, the air temperature in the building and on the surface to be painted should not be lower than 5°С.
● Do not use in very hot weather, under direct sunlight, in strong wind, fog, high humidity and rain.
● Very hot surfaces should be pre-moistened.
